Welcome

Hi Guys
The idea here is that this will allow planning between instructors which will result in a fantastic varity of releases & tracks from week to week & will also allow us to coordinate classes so our participants get a great all round workout. Using this blog will also free up some peoples email accounts.

It's a good idea to pick a date/day each week when all the people in your programme post what they plan on doing & then you all agree on the final plan.

Awesome photos - don't I look nosey in the RPM class. Some height in that kick Errol!
